CNC数控立式加工中心采用中国台湾进口光机，零部件均采用米汉纳铸件，为了机床长时间加工，在不停机的情况下发生变形，铸件均做*的淬火处理，三年失效处理，有利消除铸件内应力，同时铸件结构采用一体成型技术，箱体结构。CNC数控立式加工中心加工上采用大型五面加工机，加工完成。
